Board of Directors
Thomas M. Kellogg, DDS, FAGD, MAGD
Dentist, Kellogg Dental Center
I was born and raised in Howell, MI and after dental school, I returned. My parents taught me to always be grateful and appreciative, they inspired me to give back to my community. I am the fourth generation in my family to be in healthcare. My great-grandfather, John Harvey Kellogg, MD, was the doctor who invented Kellogg corn flakes breakfast cereal. His son and my father were both dentists and I followed in their footsteps. When I'm not caring for my patients, I attend charity events and functions. I am also very active in my church and enjoy golfing, running, cooking, and traveling the world - providing dental care to those who need it most.
Sarah joined the foundation as a board member and the Executive Secretary in 2007. She had been involved in the community and in charitable organizations, organizing and fundraising for multiple charities.
When she is not volunteering, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and three children. Their family enjoys hiking, camping, board games, and serving together in their church.
Ryan joined in 2007. He is the grandson of Edward and June Kellogg. He grew up in Howell, learning valuable lessons from his grandparents. Their guidance and inspiration lead him to pursue the achievement of Eagle Scout and an education in psychology and business.
Ryan had the privilege of living in Grand Rapids and Detroit during his education and was inspired by the communities and their ability to adapt, survive and grow despite hard times. His interest in community development has contributed to his pursuance of improving and giving back to his hometown of Howell.
