Howell Library Clock
A tribute to a lifetime of community service
Working with the Howell Carnegie Library, the Foundation funded a landmark clock in front of the library in downtown Howell. The clock was dedicated in 2008 in honor of Edward and June Kellogg’s lifetime of community service. Going forward, the foundation plans to expand the green space around the clock and build an outdoor reading room.
