The Hive is the home of The Howell Teen Center—a socially safe and welcoming place for students to gather with friends, interact with adults on a relatively equal footing, gain recognition for their accomplishments, and make healthy choices about their behavior.
Highly supportive of these efforts, the foundation partnered with The Hive to create a Cyber Café, with six Wi-fi connected workstations equipped with Microsoft Office for business uses and Adobe Photoshop for creativity. The computers are monitored and protected by sophisticated software to ensure online safety and appropriate use.
